Paxos has been voted one of the top 20 most beautiful islands in the world.  This is your opportunity to see another marvel of Mother Nature. A deep green island, 90% of Paxos is covered by olive and cypress trees, contrasts perfectly with the aqua blue, crystal clear sea. The medley of cobbled streets and multi storied houses dotted with boutiques give Gaios a unique atmosphere.

The natural beauty of Antipaxos’ beaches rival those in the Caribbean, especially at Paradise Beach.

According to a Greek myth, Paxos was created when Poseidon severed the tip of Corfu with his trident, and dragged it southwest to form a love nest for his mistress Amphitrite.

Sailing south along the Paxos coast we reach the famous Blue Caves. The boat slows so that you can photograph and marvel at this wonder of nature.  Legend says that this is where Poseidon hid his lover Amphitrite to keep her safe.

The tour continues on to Antipaxos. Few places are blessed with such tranquility and here you can just sit back and relax or dive into the crystal clear waters for a reviving swim.

The last stop is the natural harbour of Gaios, the capital town of Paxos. Recently the island has become known as a millionaires paradise, a hideaway for the rich and famous. The bustling little town has plenty of boutique shops, bars and restaurants. This is a perfect place to have lunch in one of the tavernas dotted along the harbour and later shop for unusual souvenirs, many hand made by islanders themselves.
