It can sleep up to 6 people with two double bedrooms with en-suites and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a seperate family bathroom, open plan fully equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine) and large living area. The apartment includes 3 Flat screen TVs and a DVD player.

30-89 days prior to arrival : 30% cancellation fee
15-29 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
14 days or less prior to arrival – Non-Show – earlier departures: 100% cancellation fee

PAYMENT TERMS
For us to verify a booking we ask for a credit card pre-authorization form to be filled by you for all amount. Please note that we will not make a charge unless of a cancellation from your side. The pre-authorization will be performed anytime prior your arrival. Please make sure there is sufficient limit in your card. The actual charge is preferable in cash prior departure.
