Early booking payment policy
50% of the reservation will be charged to your credit card on the day of your booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance should be paid by credit card upon arrival*.
Early booking cancellation policy
Kindly note that no refund is given in case of cancellation or non show. This rate is available only on a non-refundable basis
Payment policy without EBD
30% of the reservation will be charged to your credit card on the day of your booking. The remaining balance should be paid by credit card upon arrival*.
*Limit for cash payments established by Greek Law: Cash payments (including VAT) for the purchase of products and services are permissible under 500 euros. Beyond that limit, payments should be done via bank accounts or credit/debit cards.
Occupancy Tax to apply from 2018
Applicable Taxes Charges: 4€ occupancy tax is to be added to the per night room and basic board rate, to be paid by the guest upon arrival. The hotel reserves the right not to accommodate the guest if they refuse to pay the tax. If government occupancy tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged. The hotel reserves the right in the event of new taxes being imposed to introduce these in accordance with Greek law.
Standard Cancellation Policy
14/04/18 – 23/04/18 & 30/10/18 – 05/11/18 = 30% of the booking value will be charged if cancelled 3 – 1 days prior to arrival.
24/04/18 – 04/06/18 & 25/09/18 – 29/10/18 = 30% of the booking value will be charged if cancelled 7 – 1 days prior to arrival,
05/06/18 – 22/07/18 & 21/08/18 – 24/09/18 = 30% of booking value will be charged if cancelled 14 – 1 days prior to arrival.
23/07/18 – 20/08/18 = 30% of the booking value will be charged if cancelled 21 – 1 days prior to arrival.
Non shows will be charged at 80% of booking value!
Early Departures will be charged with the 80% of the remaining nights!
Child Age: 11.
Baby Cot counts as occupancy.
Meal Supplements are chargeable as extra per adult, per child, per day accordingly and applies for minimum stay of 5 nights. Supplements apply to all members in the room and cannot be split.
